Job summary

IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager in Lehi, UT to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and drive value through contract negotiation and supplier management.

This contract role requires strong financial acumen, ability to operate in ambiguity, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and category leaders to align sourcing with business needs.

You will manage RFx, negotiate terms, build cost models, and track savings using GEP and other procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement with full cycle experience.
• Experience reviewing/negotiating contracts and rates with suppliers.
• Strong financial acumen; able to build cost models and FMV assessments.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, negotiate master service agreements and SOWs with legal and stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers using market data and TCO analysis.
• Build financial models to evaluate proposals and multi-year deals.
• Develop internal docs supporting sourcing, including FMV assessments.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle, RFx, bid analysis, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve performance.
• Use procurement platforms like GEP to manage events and records.
• Track savings and supplier metrics against milestones.
