Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support a growing construction-focused organization. The role fulfils material requisitions from field staff, negotiates prices, and procures goods to ensure timely delivery.

You will coordinate with accounting and project management to resolve issues and streamline purchasing processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction procurement, strong knowledge of purchasing practices, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills material requisitions from field staff and procures items at competitive prices.
• Coordinates with A/P and Project Management to resolve invoices quickly.
• Assists in bid document preparation and bidder list development.
• Procures goods and services (raw materials, equipment, tools, parts) and resolves supplier issues.
• Coordinates bulk deliveries to meet deadlines and manages purchase orders.
