Job summary

RealREPP, a national recruiting firm, partners with a well-established construction/engineering firm to hire an experienced Project Coordinator. Open to working at multiple regional offices across the U.S.

The role handles purchasing support, project documentation in Nexus, schedule management, and change-order processes, with collaboration across PMs, engineers and customers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management (preferred).
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Nexus (preferred).
• Field experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical & organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize industry codes.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests.
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus.
• Assist with schedule management.
• Support change order processes & ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers.
• Monitor procurement-related issues.
