Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Manufacturing Purchasing Manager in Beach Haven, PA. You will own the full purchasing lifecycle for complex construction and manufacturing projects, sourcing materials, negotiating terms, and managing vendor relationships to support project timelines and margins.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing within construction/manufacturing, with ERP experience and CPSM/CPM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years purchasing or supply chain experience in construction or related industry.
• Proven success negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to drive cost savings and improve supplier terms.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure materials arrive on time.
• Partner with project managers and engineering teams to forecast material demand.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities based on market trends and supplier capabilities.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Analyze purchasing data and report on performance, savings, and key metrics.
