Job summary

Haleon seeks an experienced Procurement Leader to drive strategy, tendering, and supplier management for capital projects and facilities. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring cost control and risk mitigation.

Based in Warren, NJ, this hybrid position requires on-site presence three days a week. A Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in procurement are essential, with a strong focus on compliant, value-driven supplier engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and category management experience.
• Experience with CapEx projects, construction, engineering services or facility spend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with objectives, timelines and budget.
• Lead end-to-end tendering processes (RFQs/RFPs) and bid evaluations with internal stakeholders.
• Manage procurement execution, supplier prequalification, onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost savings and report KPIs to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; support audits.
