Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience in procurement and construction.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage end to end procurement procedures to maximize efficiencies.
• Work with estimating team to prepare supplier requests for proposals.
• Negotiate contracts for materials and services.

Skills

5+ years of applicable experience

Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems

Competency in basic construction technologies

Understanding of project management and accounting software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or architecture
