Job summary

OnePay seeks a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end vendor negotiations for technology spend, including cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive aggressive cost savings and favorable terms in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will leverage AI to benchmark pricing, compare proposals, review contract terms, and prepare for negotiations, while partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation in tech/fintech.
• Self-starter who leads initiatives end-to-end without waiting for instructions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior management to meet partner requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills on six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements.
• Understanding of MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and licensing models; able to mark up with Legal.
• Hands-on AI fluency with current AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations with new vendors and renewals.
• Structure deals beyond price: renewal uplift caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules, termination rights, and auto-renewal protections.
• Run competitive sourcing and build business cases for vendor selection and consolidation.
• Build and share AI-assisted sourcing workflows (proposal comparison, price benchmarking, contract redlining).
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec to evaluate vendors and structure terms.
• Serve as primary vendor contact and escalation point for procurement matters.
• Drive timely review and approval of procurement requests with alignment among stakeholders including C-suite.
