Job summary

Circles is seeking a driven Procurement Associate with experience in Technology Spend Management to join its Corporate Planning & Regulatory team in a full-time role. This position focuses on vendor relationships, IT contract negotiation, category management, and technology spend optimization across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with knowledge of SaaS contracts, p2p processes, and vendor performance management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and/or contract management, preferably in IT or technology services.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS licensing models, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors; develop performance and risk management frameworks; monitor vendor compliance with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs; conduct regular reviews.
