Job summary

Total Site Solutions in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a professional procurement Buyer to manage the full purchasing cycle and supplier relationships. The role collaborates with production, QA, and finance to optimize costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

This on-site position focuses on ERP/MRP-driven procurement and global supplier coordination. Responsibilities include PO management, requisition review, and contract execution, with emphasis on cost reduction and spend analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience with ERP and MRP software for procurement and inventory management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, PO management, and supplier negotiations is required.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and supplier relationship management is expected.
• Experience with global sourcing and international suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full purchasing cycle from requisition review to PO issuance.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to source materials meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Use ERP/MRP to track inventory, forecast demand, and schedule procurement activities.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives including supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and barcode inventory data for compliance.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and finance to align procurement with operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or contract issues.
