Job summary

Total Site Solutions designs, deploys, and manages data center and technology environments in Georgetown, TX. The Buyer will manage the full purchasing cycle, collaborate with global suppliers, and use ERP/MRP systems to forecast demand and optimize inventory.

This on-site role requires strong negotiation, cost-reduction, and supplier-management skills to support production and finance teams. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in purchasing or supply management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MRP software for procurement and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, PO management, and supplier negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle from requisition review to PO issuance.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to source materials and services meeting quality, cost, and delivery.
• Use ERP and MRP systems to track inventory, forecast demand, and schedule procurement.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives by analyzing spend data.
• Maintain records of POs, contracts, and bar code inventory data.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and finance to align procurement with needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delays or quality issues.
