Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, global procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• Strong understanding of dietary ingredient specifications and chemical processing.
• Proven track record of building supplier databases and vendor qualification metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with manufacturers to understand ingredient formulations.
• Negotiate down high vendor Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).
• Transform vendor communications into collaborative partnerships using Supplier Relationship Management frameworks.
