5+ years' experience in purchasing or procurement in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors for goods and services needed by the organization.
Obtain quotes from suppliers to secure best timing and cost.
Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities (POs, invoices, contracts).
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with departments.
Support procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
Ensure efficient inventory management with regular stock counts and reconciliations.
