Diality, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations in Irvine, CA for the Moda-flx program.

You will manage PO processes, drive NPI procurement, evaluate components, mitigate supply risks, and ensure FDA/ISO13485 compliance while collaborating with engineering and production teams. This role requires strong negotiation, data analysis, and project management skills to deliver cost-effective, timely materials of high quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP/PLM systems used for procurement and lifecycle management.
• Component lifecycle analysis and supply risk management.
• Ability to review datasheets, drawings and GD&T.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding FDA requirements for purchasing in medical devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Technical knowledge to understand product/components needed.
• Knowledge of continual improvement tools and processes.
• CPIM/CPM/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Creates, processes and tracks purchase orders.
• Develops sourcing and inventory management strategies.
• Supports NPI, DVT and production procurement planning.
• Evaluates component lifecycle status and mitigates risk.
• Participates in design reviews and DVT/Product readiness reviews.
• Supports release of OTS and custom parts.
• Maintains supplier relationships, scorecards, ASL and onboarding.
• Negotiates pricing, service agreements and NDAs.
• Resolves supplier quality, delivery and performance issues.
• Supports FDA and ISO13485 compliance and continuous improvement.
