• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in procurement operations and strategic sourcing in Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech.
• Experience developing category strategies and indirect procurement in IT, capex, marketing, facilities, and services.
• Experience in automation or process improvements in P2P for rapid-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the procurement function (Direct and Indirect) to support rapid growth and maximize ROI.
• Define category management practices and drive cross-company savings and improvements.
• Partner with finance, IT, and manufacturing to improve P2P processes including automation and outsourcing.
• Develop risk management for supply disruptions and ensure regulatory compliance.
