K&A Power Group in Orange, CT is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work on exciting projects in the energy sector, handling purchase orders, vendor prequalification, and procurement documentation, with hybrid work arrangements in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Business, 5 years in procurement, CPSM preferred, and strong Excel/SAP skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive pay range.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of procurement and/or supply chain experience.
• CPSM preferred.
• Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process, issue, and revise Purchase Orders and manage vendor/subcontractor prequalification.
• Prepare requisition templates for framework, competitive, sole source, and delegated purchases.
• Manage procurement database in 3P for unreleased items and all delegated purchases.
• Assist PM with procurement documentation, providing technical evaluation and justification for sole-sourced purchases.
• Coordinate with Project Schedulers to manage procurement milestones and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Document Control to store procurement documents in the control system.
• Verify availability of project funds for current and future purchases.
• Support sourcing materials, issuing POs, tracking, expediting, and delivery to storage or site.
