K&A Power Group in Orange, CT is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join a results-driven team. You will manage purchase orders, vendor prequalification, and requisitions for framework and delegated purchases, while coordinating with project teams to meet milestones.

The role requires a BS/BA in Business or equivalent, 5 years in procurement or supply chain, and strong Excel/Office skills. Hybrid schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business or Equivalent Experience.
• Five (5) years of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Experience.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.
• MS Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
• MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Hybrid Schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Process, issue, and revise Purchase Orders and vendor prequalification.
• Prepare requisition templates for framework, competitive, sole-source, and delegated purchases.
• Manage procurement database in 3P for unreleased items and framework purchases.
• Assist Project Management with procurement docs and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with Project Schedulers on procurement milestones.
• Coordinate with Document Control to store procurement documents.
• Verify availability of project funds for purchases.
• Support sourcing materials and delivery to storage areas and project site.
