Sargent & Lundy, a global leader in power and energy consulting, is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Hamilton, NJ with 3–5 years of procurement/contract administration experience. The role emphasizes supplier management, subcontract lifecycle oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Hamilton, NJ office and 2 days remote). Bachelor's degree required, with strong MS Office skills and a proven ability to navigate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years in procurement/contract administration.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create purchase orders in internal systems.
• Material management, tracking and coordination.
• Track orders and deliveries in vendor systems.
• Travel to jobsites to inspect materials.
• Expedite suppliers/subcontractors/engineering input.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Manage subcontract lifecycle for projects.
• Support clients in procurement processes.
• Assist in evaluating supplier proposals.
• Perform risk assessments on subcontracts.
• Monitor contract performance.
• Record keeping and audit-ready documentation.
• Process vendor invoices.
