Job summary

ACCIONA invites applications for a Procurement Officer to support end-to-end procurement for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia. You will source subcontractors and suppliers, issue RFQs, handle clarifications, and coordinate evaluations with technical and commercial teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement within construction or infrastructure. Collaborative work with internal stakeholders and external vendors is essential, along with a focus on value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or subcontract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with tendering processes, supplier coordination, and procurement systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of construction subcontractor and supplier markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end subcontractor and supplier procurement process for the SR400 Express Lanes Project.
• Research potential subcontractors/suppliers and assist with prequalification processes.
• Issue RFQs through the tender platform and follow up to ensure timely quotations.
• Manage clarifications, RFIs, and supporting tender documentation.
• Coordinate with technical, construction, and commercial teams during tendering and evaluation stages.
• Assist in preparation of technical and commercial comparison sheets and negotiations.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining procurement records.
