Job summary

ACCIONA seeks an Assistant Superintendent for the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure GDOT compliance while supporting planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Procore, HCSS, and Primavera P6. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction with supervision experience.
• Experience on highway or bridge projects preferred.
• Knowledge of GDOT specs and traffic control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities across multiple segments with foremen and subcontractors.
• Support project controls, scheduling, and look-ahead planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
