Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, CA seeks a Procurement Contracts Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, and contract management for assigned business areas, negotiating supplier agreements and ensuring governance.

You will partner with Legal, Information Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, and Finance to mitigate risk, drive cost-effective outcomes, and ensure compliant vendor relationships while managing lifecycle and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience with cross-functional partnerships (Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary procurement partner for assigned business units, supporting sourcing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and drive cost-effective outcomes.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and pricing negotiations.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and internal teams to mitigate risk and maximize business value.
• Support supplier performance, issue resolution, and contract lifecycle management.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Legal, Info Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, Finance, and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management, and governance standards.
