Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
• Six or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience with cost optimisation and localisation strategies is necessary.
• Proven track record in cost optimisation, supplier management, and managing the information/activities of international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Teams, domestic and international Purchasing, and Cross-Functional Teams to drive localization performance.
• Develop initiatives with Project Team counterparts to identify key components and materials for joint sourcing.
• Maintain project status files and provide regular updates to Executive leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Engage cross‑functional teams in supplier selection, development, and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate project status updates with PMO teams to align on overall status.
