Job summary

Arvato is seeking a procurement professional to assist with all aspects of material purchasing and supplier management. You will maintain detailed records, place orders, and support monthly procurement activities while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with ISO processes.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience with SAP and MS Office, and a proven track record in procurement. Collaboration with multiple departments and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement processes and record-keeping.
• Strong Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP and Outlook proficiency.
• 4–6 years in procurement and established accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly procurement meetings.
• Report variances to the Purchasing Manager.
• Place purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
• Handle RFP/RFQ issuance and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal departments on needs and requirements.
