Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Procurement professional to perform sourcing, supplier qualification, and onboarding to support work orders. You will work with account teams and senior buyers to identify and onboard qualified providers, manage supplier agreements, and analyze supplier performance for continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/ERP proficiency (JD Edwards, Corrigo, Ivalua), and the ability to read complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional business experience in a service industry; subcontractor development and management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all management levels; ability to read and interpret contracts and reports.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP/procurement systems (JD Edwards, Corrigo, Ivalua).
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and financial concept familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify qualified service providers to support EFS operations across request classes.
• Collaborate with Account teams on emergency sourcing and vendor onboarding.
• Interface with Senior Buyers on supplier availability and loading into VLX systems.
• Interview suppliers to assess interest and capability against qualifications.
• Assist in sending supplier agreements and expediting responses.
• Support supplier negotiations and maintain master supplier database (Ivalua).
• Assist with COI administration and cross-functional coordination for work orders.
