Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Buyer to coordinate a team of buyers and coordinators responsible for onboarding, vendor management, and data maintenance.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Procurement and collaborates with Account Managers and Operations. You will ensure process adherence, drive efficiencies, and support customer expectations across multiple projects in a facilities services environment, including Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent 3–5 years of work experience.
• 3–5 years of Facility Management experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding initiatives; delegate tasks to buyers/coordinators and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage contracts, provide reporting, and support team initiatives with Strategic Sourcing.
• Develop a network of preferred service providers with the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Standardize processes and drive efficiencies in collaboration with leadership.
• Support employee development and training for current and future roles and responsibilities.
