Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Facility Management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding planning for service providers and delegate tasks to buyers/coordinators.
• Manage contracts, provide reporting, and build a network of preferred providers.
• Standardize processes with the team and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support employee development and training for current and future roles.
• Participate in sourcing activities to meet deadlines and goals.
