Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a service industry; subcontractor development preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all management levels.
• Read, analyze, and interpret contracts and financial documents.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experienced with JD Edwards, Corrigo, Ivalua.
• Data analysis and problem solving; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective supplier base for work orders.
• Assist Procurement Supervisor and onboard qualified service providers.
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct interviews and negotiations.
• Expedite supplier responses and review waiver requirements.
• Maintain a master supplier database in Ivalua and coordinate COI as needed.
• Collaborate with account teams on emergency sourcing and vendor onboarding.
