Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Senior Buyer to coordinate a team of buyers and coordinators responsible for onboarding service providers, updating information, and maintaining the Vendor Matrix data and JDE.

You will report to the Senior Director, Procurement and collaborate with Account Managers and Operations as part of project management teams to ensure processes are followed and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Facility Management experience preferred.
• Detail Oriented and accurate work style.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Strong Communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding initiatives for service providers and coordinate tasks.
• Manage contracts, provide reporting, and support vendor network development.
• Develop and implement standardized processes with leadership.
• Support employee development and skills growth within the team.
• Participate in sourcing activities to meet deadlines and goals.
