Responsibilities

• Prepares bidders’ lists and qualifies bidders.
• Forms bid packages and issues bid requests; coordinates bidders’ questions, and receives bids.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations to award.
• Communicates with suppliers and Bechtel teams to define requirements and ensure PO compliance.
• Identifies and secures agreement on purchase order changes.
• Initiates and processes PO revisions affecting cost and schedule.
