Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement seeks an Associate in Procurement & Sourcing to support PEPI engagements across the United States. You will lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations, partnering with PE teams to drive EBITDA improvements.

Open to all U.S. locations, this full-time role emphasizes growth, client service, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-4+ years of consulting or industry experience; advisory experience preferred.
• Direct and indirect category experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver project work streams for complex client engagements with Private Equity teams.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth and financial objectives.
• Assist in supplier identification, negotiations and vendor relations.
• Create implementation plans to drive procurement changes and improve value.
• Conduct analysis and map business processes as required.
