Paycom - ATS in Yakima, WA is seeking a Procurement and Asset Management Officer to lead organization-wide procurement, purchasing systems, vendor management, inventory control, and fixed-asset administration. You will establish policies, approval workflows, and controls to ensure cost efficiency, accountability, and compliance while collaborating with Finance, IT, Facilities, and department heads.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or asset management.
• Experience implementing or administering procurement, ERP, inventory, or asset-management systems.
• Experience managing or influencing $2M+ in annual purchasing or operating expenditures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead centralized procurement across all departments.
• Develop and enforce purchasing policies within delegated authority.
• Review purchases for policy, budget, specifications and documentation.
• Manage sourcing, bidding, vendor selection, contract negotiations and renewals.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and purchasing efficiencies.
• Monitor spending by department, category, vendor, contract and budget.
• Address noncompliant, emergency, or off-contract purchases.
• Administer and improve procurement systems and workflows.
• Establish inventory standards, reorder points, and stockroom procedures.
• Maintain asset records from acquisition to disposal; coordinate inventories.
• Provide executive reports on expenditures, savings, and asset performance.
• Support budgeting and multi-year capital planning; escalate risks.
