Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• 7+ years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective time management to meet objectives.
• Experience with Statistical Analysis and Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PowerBI dashboards, reports, and visuals tied to a business plan.
• Lead purchasing of complex, high-value or technical materials and services.
• Oversee strategic sourcing including SOW/RFP prep, evaluation, price/cost analysis, and contract administration.
• Compare prices, specs, and delivery dates to select best bids.
• Track requisitions, contracts and order statuses; issue POs to suppliers.
• Perform supplier site visits as needed.
