Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Purchasing Team Coordinator to support CPC facilities with supplies, instruments, and equipment. The role focuses on order processing, inventory control, billing, and vendor coordination to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with safety and inventory policies.

The candidate should have extensive experience in medical settings, strong accounting and procurement skills, and the ability to negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers and staff.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a management medical setting
• 2 years of experience in a medical sales and customer service role
• Knowledge of accounts receivable
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process, approve and place orders in Hybrent
• Enter invoices and create new vendors & inventory items in Hybrent/QuickBooks
• Monitor PM schedule and organize supply chain meetings
• Negotiate pricing structures with vendors and explore cost containment
• Attend leadership and vendor meetings; manage returns and recalls
• Prepare and file packing slips and statements; track 30-day credit card activity
• Coordinate equipment repairs and loaner replacements; handle JITBIT tickets
• Prepare equipment lists for new facilities and ensure compliance with safety policies
