Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Wheeling, WV seeks an organized procurement assistant to manage supplies for our facility. You will coordinate with vendors, oversee centralized procurement of equipment and services, and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will also participate in monthly counts, resolve overdue orders or incorrect shipments, and support QAPI initiatives while following the Finance Office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of experience in long-term care settings.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; vendor interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains good working relationships with vendors to obtain best service.
• Oversees centralized procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
• Maintains inventory records and tracks supplies received.
• Assists with monthly inventory counts for all departments.
• Resolves overdue orders or incorrect shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Finance Office Manager or Administrator.
• Supports QAPI efforts and participates in trainings.
