Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL seeks a Procurement Analyst to source materials, parts, and services for MRO/MRE operations and to act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Operations. This role supports repairs and ad hoc initiatives to ensure asset availability and optimize costs.

You will manage supplier performance, coordinate repair activity, and drive continuous improvement across procurement and repairs within a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to acquire materials, parts, and commodities.
• Research options, perform price comparisons, and optimize cost and lead time.
• Maintain robust supplier network; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and MRO/MRE Operations on shortages.
• Support inventory management and maintain Min/Max levels.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for sourcing decisions.
• Stay informed on market trends and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Align with global supply chain initiatives and strategic sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with leadership on tactical and strategic sourcing.
