Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of repair, MRO, maintenance, or supply chain experience, including leading teams or projects.
• Demonstrated success managing vendor performance, turnaround time, and repair costs.
• Strong understanding of repair processes, parts sourcing, and typical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP and reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and close Repair Orders with accurate scope, pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule repairs with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor repair progress and escalate delays, quotes, and scope changes.
• Support purchasing activity and supplier interactions to ensure material availability.
• Track costs, TAT, and vendor performance; support cost control and invoicing.
