Job summary

Sourcewell seeks a Procurement Analyst II to join its procurement team and support proposal evaluation, scoring complex responses, and overseeing aspects of the procurement process, including CRM adoption and contract administration.

The role emphasizes data control, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with Category Development and Supplier Development Administrators to improve contract quality for Sourcewell and its members across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Assists with development and implementation of public procurement best practices across solicitations, pre-solicitation processes and meetings, RFPs, IFBs, evaluation processes, contract awards, communications with suppliers and members, contract documentation, price and product changes and approvals, data management and documentation filing, and supplier compliance with contract terms.
• Provides input to the Procurement Manager regarding best practices in all phases of internal and external operations of the Procurement Department.
• Under guidance, collaborates with Sourcewell's Category Development Administrators and Supplier Development Administrators to improve processes critical to contract quality used cooperatively by Sourcewell and its members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Category Development Administrators and Supplier Development Administrators to improve processes.
• Analyzes and interprets complex, detailed proposal responses in a wide variety of industries.
• Scores solicitation responses based on evaluation criteria.
• Determines final recommendations of award or non-award to the Sourcewell Chief Procurement Officer.
• Participates in supplier debriefs with the Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement Analyst.
• Responsible for the solicitation advertisement process for categories to be competed in the US and Canada.
