Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to implement procurement best practices across solicitations and contract awards.
• Lead and support Proposal Evaluation Committees and evaluation processes.
• Develop solicitations, addenda, and manage supplier questions in the Procurement Portal.
• Provide mentorship and training to procurement staff.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and contract compliance.
• Post RFP/RFQ to the Procurement Portal and coordinate award recommendations.
