Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or a minimum of three years of public procurement experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Five years total related education/experience equivalent is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of public procurement best practices (solicitations, RFPs, IFBs, evaluations, awards).
• Collaborate with Category Development and Supplier Development Administrators to improve contract quality.
• Support CRM data management and reporting; ensure document accuracy and filing.
• Assist with procurement process timelines, meetings, and notices of awards.
• Participate in the Proposal Evaluation Committee and ensure compliant, responsible proposals.
