Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, WA, with onsite work at Tukwila, San Antonio, or Oklahoma City. This is a 1st shift, onsite role requiring strong procurement, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities include demand/supply analysis, contract documentation, and managing supplier performance, with travel up to 25% and a focus on risk and opportunities management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/procurement systems.
• 2+ years of strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Associate Level 2: Review and analyze demand and supply; prepare and execute information agreements; support sourcing strategies and contract documentation; communicate performance metrics.
• Experienced Level 3: Integrate program and customer strategies into sourcing; negotiate pricing and terms; prepare binding agreements; manage risk, supplier performance and delivery.
• Maintain 100% onsite operations and support shift requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align contracting strategies with program needs.
