Boeing is seeking an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead end-to-end sourcing for complex packages, perform cost analyses, and negotiate terms to ensure value, quality and schedule adherence.

This onsite role requires mentoring junior staff, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance with TINA/FAR/DFARS. Strong communication and ERP system skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience supporting aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing programs.
• Strong cost/price analysis and negotiation skills with documented negotiation wins and cost avoidance/savings.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to program leads and senior management.
• Experience handling complex multi-stakeholder procurements independently and meeting aggressive schedule/cost targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead full life-cycle procurement for complex packages (materials, components, services) including strategy, evaluation, negotiation, award, and closeout.
• Conduct cost and price analyses, develop negotiation positions, and document rationale to meet compliance/audit requirements.
• Negotiate commercial/government contracts to achieve best value while mitigating risk.
• Mentor Level 1–2 staff; review actions and support escalation and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare procurement documentation for audits and program traceability.
• Identify sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans (dual sourcing, long-lead buys).
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and improve data quality.
