Job summary

nVent is seeking a dynamic Global Integrated Supply Chain Manufacturing Leader to define and execute a global manufacturing strategy for Engineered Building Solutions. The role leads Lean initiatives, optimizes facility placement, and coordinates cross-functional teams across R&D, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure resilient, cost-effective operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing leadership, lean transformation, and strategy development,

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Engineering or similar; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in operations, supply chain transformation, or plant leadership in Manufacturing or automotive.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Methodologies; knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing, Automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global manufacturing strategy.
• Optimize global operations by selecting optimal facility locations considering cost, logistics, proximity, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams with R&D, procurement, logistics, and finance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality across facilities.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
• Champion Lean maturity with problem solving and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
