Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in process management, technology risk management, or project management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal or external business clients.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing information security or technology threats and risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a process management risk advisor and drive value during assessments.
• Research regulatory trends and internal changes to identify emerging risks.
• Lead stakeholders in applying risk management principles across Enterprise frameworks.
• Research new risk areas and regulatory impacts on process areas.
• Lead and support project delivery, executing deliverables across workstreams.
• Prioritize projects and keep stakeholders informed with timely escalations.
• Participate in risk forums and drive continuous improvement in risk practices.
• Deliver assessment outcomes to senior leadership with clear communication and influence.
• Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and cross-team process improvements.
