Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or military experience; Lean/Agile/Six Sigma BPM experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key business intent and product teams to develop clear business intent, identify risks, and build process components.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvements.
• Perform quality assurance checks on actions to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to achieve desired outcomes and mitigation plans.
• Monitor risk findings against mitigation plans and ensure timely closure.
