Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join the Pharmacy Services Finance Operations team. The role focuses on leading cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and related tools.

You will map processes, collect data, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions to deliver measurable benefits. Ideal candidates are curious, data-driven problem solvers who can develop charters with SMEs, manage projects, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in internal operations and/or customer-facing services.
• 3+ years' experience in problem solving, data collection, reporting and analysis.
• 2+ years' experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement opportunities with deliverables: maps, baselines, root cause analysis, actions and control plans.
• Support assessments from framing through data collection, analysis and recommendations.
• Facilitate FOX topics with problem statements, narratives, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Utilize FOX, DMAIC, LEAN, 8D methodologies to drive results.
• Act as change agent from identification to delivery and validation of results.
