The position will lead transition work from Smartsheet to TeamDynamix, inventorying workflows, designing future-state processes, and delivering data-informed improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, HR, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business process improvement, business analysis, workflow automation, or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience using data/analytical tools to evaluate business processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement and workflow transformation initiatives.
• Support migration planning and sustainable ownership of TeamDynamix solutions.
• Translate business requirements into TeamDynamix designs and reporting needs.
• Partner with business units and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
