Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, conducting analyses of improvement efforts, and facilitating Lean training and workshops to enhance service delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of full-time experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Lean, CAPM or PMP preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure project completion.
• Facilitate cross-department teams and communicate updates.
• Prepare project documentation and final summaries.
• Support Lean process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
