You will manage engagements independently, collaborating with executives and stakeholders to drive strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives where appropriate.

The role emphasizes on-site presence with opportunities to lead or contribute to enterprise-wide efforts within governance structures and sponsorship models.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience leading program or project management, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying project management or process improvement methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) to cross-functional efforts.
