Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Business Process Analyst II to support navigation business operations by managing software licensing, financial forecasting, contract administration, and procurement processes.

The role provides data-driven insights to improve decision-making, supports invoicing and reconciliation, and acts as a liaison between headquarters, North America stakeholders, and customers to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costs.
• Analyze customer sales data to generate BI insights for planning and decision-making.
• Administer software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturers.
• Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis.
• Manage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across divisions.
• Develop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America.
• Oversee contractual management of navigation-related information services.
