Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/MIS; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Financial Analysis experience; 2 years of IT Service Industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, SAP ERP experience; excellent communication and analytical skills.
• CPA and/or CFA highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and annual budgets; coordinate budget planning across departments.
• Design KPI frameworks; lead performance reviews and ad-hoc reporting; support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Oversee IT Operation Services financials; prepare internal and external reporting; drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
