Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Irvine is seeking a Business Process Analyst III to analyze, define, and develop the organization’s business process methods and practices.

They will assess requirements for internal processes, ensure alignment with goals, implement new processes, and partner with owners on strategic initiatives. Strong quantitative analysis and documentation skills are essential, as is collaboration across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of IT experience in business, process, or systems analysis.
• Experience leading business and technical analysis sessions and translating needs into requirements.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements, process flows, reports, and project documentation.
• Experience supporting development, project management, and QA throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience applying quantitative analysis to data, cost-benefit, and process measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project and team leadership with limited supervision.
• Self-starter; willing to take ownership and contribute where needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical analysis sessions to support new application development.
• Understand business issues and data challenges of the client’s organization and industry.
• Act as liaison between department and other business units.
• Align stakeholders on requirements, system functions, operations, and strategy.
• Provide analysis and support for PM, development, and QA teams during the lifecycle.
• Communicate needed changes to business and development teams.
• Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
• Assist in driving implementation of tech and process solutions from concept to completion.
• Prepare documentation: business cases, requirements, architecture, tests, and training docs.
